Phone interview and then follow up with face to face. Kind of impersonal but I worked it through. I really think they wanted to know more about how I would fit into the group as opposed to my qualifications which pleased me because I think you can teach almost anything except how to be a team player and get along with others.

Asked about salary expectations and Why do I want to be a PM. Started with a recruiter reaching out, then held a call with the Hiring Manager/ Director of the org, followed by a meeting with 4 engineers & PM on the call. Final round was ~1 hours long.
