Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

Interview was started by recruiter after seeing application online, a few screening questions, nothing major, and then a call with store manager. After the call with store manager, I got call back from recruiter with an offer.

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
