Be sure sound positive and happy over the phone. then you will do in store interview where it is STAR based (look it up) be sure to be able to describe specific scenarios in which you excelled in some type of customer service role. Be sure to be able to know the difference between benefits and attributes. Do your homework on Verizon's core values. Also go on their website pick out a product and practice doing a sales pitch on that product.

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
