Invited by recruiter to attend a super-day with other candidates at their Irving, Tx office. We received a tour and watched several presentations throughout the day along with an interview with several IT managers. The questions were all behavioral, and there were no technical questions. The process took 2 months from the time the recruiter contacted me.

1. Application & Screening 2. First Interview (HR Round) 3. Technical/Skill Assessment (if applicable) 4. Second Interview (Hiring Manager Round) 5. Final Interview (Panel/Executive Round). Candidates may be given a test or assignment related to the job. For technical roles, this might include coding challenges, case studies, or practical tests. For customer service or sales roles, role-playing exercises might be used.
