Application through website, then IQ and skills test, and 1:1 interview. After that, i was submitted to background check and drug test.
The IQ and skills test included mathematical and experiential questions. For the 1:1 you have to be able to speak to your resume. For the other test I would consider routine within the Dominican Republic.
