Had 6 interview rounds with 10 people over the course of a month only to be told that I was a great candidate, but that in the final 48 hours they decided to recruit an internal candidate from intro to offer instead.
I went through two rounds of interviews, where the main focus was on discussing my past work experience. They asked how my skills and previous roles match the job requirements and responsibilities for the position.
