30-minute recruiter interview: the recruiter called in and introduced the company, its products, and its vision. The recruiter then described the specific requirements for the role I was applying for. Then they asked if I had experience and skills in that area and if so, could I mention some projects that I had worked on to demonstrate those skills.

It was a good interview. The recruiters got back to me fast and were very engaging. I would have loved to work for the startup, however I was not as qualified as they were looking for.
