A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn for an initial screen (15 min). I was passed to a second teammate interview (30 min) and then ghosted. I tried reaching out to the recruiter on LinkedIn and email and received no response. I can only assume that I was rejected. Very unprofessional.
