TLDR: made it to the final stage onsite interview only to be ghosted.
I interviewed in late August and after a recruiter screen, phone screen, and data intake call, was flown out to do their onsite interview.
Recruiter was late to every single call.
First interviewer was yawning during the interview, admitted they were "unprepared", asked one behavioral question, and then left it to me to fill 20min with questions for them.
Two other interviewers didn't show up and, while there were interviewers to replace them, they either didn't cover the originally intended topics or couldn't speak to the point of view the original interviewer might have.
After the onsite concluded my recruiter took two weeks to get back to me, at which point we set up time to speak. My recruiter missed our scheduled time entirely and I was then ghosted in my follow up attempts. I would have loved a "thank you for your time, it's sadly a no" email from my recruiter but I didn't even receive an automated "no" from their ATS.
I think Verkada's products look fantastic and I had a great time chatting with most of my interviewers. I just wish they had given me the courtesy of a solid answer for all the time I spent preparing, traveling, and interviewing with them rather than ghosting me and hoping I take the hint.

Interviewed with the company they did a thorough process. Interviewed over zoom with the recruiter and a senior manager. Then interviewed with 4 managers in office. Seems to be a very grind hard culture with them being in office 5 days a week.

Fairly straightforward and standard interview process.
-Initial 30 minute call with recruiter where they make sure you’re a good fit for the role.
-30 minute zoom interview with RSM.
-Flew out to Phoenix for final stage where I interviewed with 4 more RSMs and Sales director.
Come prepared with multiple full sales cycle stories from Prospect to close and be prepared to discuss details.
Additionally you will have to provide references that they will reach out too and you will have to go over sales quotas and attainment in previous roles with a data collector. Not nearly as intimidating as it sounds.
Whole process took about 6 weeks and received an offer.
You will have a recruiter that will guide through the interview process giving very clear instructions and guidance. Mine was extremely helpful and part of the reason I ended up accepting. So shout out to Garrett.
