I’m an experienced recruiter and they had someone phone screen me with a jr r4r recruiter with 9 months recruiting of experience in her whole career. She clearly isn’t ready to be a face of the company. She constantly cut me off, gave me zero detail on the role, refused to answer comp questions, and rushed me off the phone without asking important questions. Keep in mind she reached out to me, so she didn’t attempt to sell me on the role whatsoever. It left such a bad taste in my mouth and she was overall rude as if I wasted her time. She wouldn’t have a clue if of my qualifications and couldn’t answer much other than what the company did which anyone can look up. You can tell when a recruiter is taking notes and she was not, she sounded miserable and I honestly felt embarrassed/sad because her training is awful.
