Super unprofessional as I recently had an interview with HR and it initially went well. HR assured me I would move on to the next steps, which got me excited about the opportunity. However, despite their promise, they never scheduled the next interview. My follow-up email went unanswered and wasted my time.

Invited to do a Zoom interview over email with options to select times, then conducted and initial interview, did not end up getting a second interview but they had the further steps described on their website

What is a recent computer networking issue you have encountered and how did you handle it?

Interview was pretty long. Took almost 2 months. The process was initial call, then zoom meeting with the manager then another interview in person. Seems like a great company to work for but the process is extremely long. Some people may not have the savings to keep afloat for that long. Not to sound crazy but visiting the office, right when you enter the door it doesn't seem like a lot of diversity. There might have been a few but definitely felt like only 1% of the company is POC. Hopefully that wouldn't be the reason why I wasn't offered the role.
