The interview process was not very positive. Transparently I was very vocal up front about something that was very important to me at every stage of the interview, and then when it came time for the offer, they said because of that thing, they wouldn't be moving forward. They could have saved me the time and not had me go through multiple rounds when I brought that up on the very first call...
