The 1st manager brought me in and covered in thorough detail my skillset and courses taken followed up by an overall assessment of my goals over the next 10 years. The longest interview I had for a fulltime position lasted 8 hours and I spent a day meeting almost everyone at the location I would be spending most of my time. I found this to be extremely beneficial because I ended up spending 10 years with this company.
