I had an initial interview with the recruiter followed by a 1.5 hour interview with the hiring manager. I sent several follow ups after the 2nd interview but was not getting replies. After some time, I finally got rejection from recruiter. I found it disrespectful how my follow ups were being ignored. You would expect better from a Bank. They also asked me to bring sample work for this role. But this would be exposing confidential, propietary data to them. I brought made up reports using fake data and they did not take it too well. Would expect a bank protecting customer data be a bit more understanding. Anyways, I was certainly not super impressed with the hiring process.
