I applied online through LinkedIn and was contacted for a phone interview within a few days. After phone interview was scheduled for a face to face interview at their office. Owner kept saying that no one every leaves the company, but the 2nd person I interviewed with said there is high turn over in sales. As proof of this, the position I interviewed for was filled, but then I saw it listed again 2 months later. After the face to face I was told I would be contacted in a few days to possibly take a sales assessment test, they thought I would be a good fit. At this point the owner became very hard to reach. When I did get him live he told me he was still in the process of making a decision, which I understand. But after 3 weeks I got a short email on a Sunday saying he had gone with someone else, very unprofessional in my opinion. As stated by the employee review I think this would be a difficult place to work and I am glad I did not get the position.

Very informal and relaxed. It appeared as they were trying to fill a position immediately and were willing to sacrifice to obtain someone who could start within days. The interview was great and the owner of the company was extremely nice.
