A couple of phone and on-site interviews. They were reasonably easy enough, but unfortunately, their compensation package was below industry standard, and the team is rather junior, so unless you're fairly inexperienced and looking for an opportunity to prove yourself, you might be better off looking somewhere else, as they seemed to really want junior talent willing to put in the effort.
Ghosted- beware, radio silence after quarter end numbers and suddenly no hiring. Maybe this is start up life, but how does an organization go to we want to double head count and a week later they can’t add a soul.
