Really enjoyed my interview experience with Versapay! I first spoke with the talent team/hiring manager, then moved to speak with the greater people team, and from there had a final interview with the head of the department. All the interviews were done either through a phone or video call since the team is currently working remotely. The team did a great job explaining what to expect at each step and consistently followed up with timely updates. The interviewers were all well prepared and asked insightful questions that aligned well to the role. Felt more like a balanced conversation, which I really enjoyed since it helped me share more about my experience and what I was interested in. Overall, I got a great sense of what the opportunity was about which left me excited to join!
