HR called me, gave me wrong info about the interview process. What I was told would be a first-step behavioral interview ended up being a technical one. Interviewers, if you're going to have the candidate turn on their video, be courteous enough to turn yours on as well so they don't feel watched. Also, don't eat while at it, be professional.
