Amazing recruiting team and process. Well organized people, not toxic at all. Respect and a desire to work here will be with you. Absolutely no pressure, interview comes like a friendly conversation.
However feedback/offer was not done and recruiter has just vanished...
Phone screening, round 1 and round 2 and hr round. Interview process was intermediate level. I got the offer and I declined due to the office politics I heard from fellow employees work there

Initial Screening call with recruitment team, followed by one hour interview with a team manager and lead. Some technical questions and also some procedural questions with personality and working practices mixed in.
Unfortunately I was ghosted following this interview. 3 weeks later and I've heard absolutely nothing. I followed up with the recruiter to no reply, which reading on reviews seems to be par for the course with Version 1. I felt the interview went well but would have at least liked some feedback if that opinion wasn't shared.
