Started with the usual quick call with the talent team. They were pleasant. Then I was informed a few days later that I had a first round interview with another BA. The first round interview was very relaxed and the interviewer made me feel very comfortable, more like an informal chat about past experience etc. They did inform me though that the client I would be working with usually only accepts people who have over 5 years experience which I was just short of. A few days later I got the rejection email. I do not know why the talent team even contacted me if they knew I would need 5 years experience. It wasted my time and I had to take time away from my current job to do the interview.

I received an email back from my application, and scheduled an introductory call with someone from the talent acquisition team. I set aside time and waited for the call, but it never came. I followed up via email, and never received a response. It was very disrespectful in my opinion. I don't want to work for a company that believes in wasting candidates time without apologizing, anyway.
