Recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and a phone interview was scheduled fairly quickly. A lot of focus was placed on compensation especially after I disclosed my previous comp, but I shared the reasons I was flexible. I ended up being “ghosted” by the recruiter and received the automated rejection email a month AFTER I interviewed.
