They ask you about fashion and why you think it would be a good fit. Another question is how well you work with others, do you have experience in the fashion industry.
The interview process was a friendly conversation with a manager to allow the manager and candidate get to know each other and see if the candidate is the right fit.
Relaxed interview process with only the store manager. Asked pretty standard interview questions, if only took about 30-45 minutes. I did have to take a mandatory written test at the end, but they were all common sense questions
