The process was very simple in which I applied online. After a week or so got phone interview. Went over the basics background and who the company was. However was very disappointed after answering the questions that the recruiter stated I would be getting a 2nd interview in person with there director. But to get a email stating I was not qualified. You should be really upfront in your initial phone screening if we are not qualified. It’s terrible to lead someone to think that you have a chance to prove yourself but in reality you don’t.
