After two initial phone screenings, I made it to the next phase, which included six separate zoom meetings in one day. Everyone I met with was nice and incredibly passionate about the company. A few days later, the talent acquisition consultant asked for my availability to provide an update on the role. I responded that day with my availability but never heard back from her. I followed up again a week later and got no response. At this point, I assume they went in another direction. But I find it to be unprofessional and disrespectful to not respond at all, particularly after spending an entire day going through interviews.
