Applied online in 2015. Got a call back a few days later to schedule a telephone interview with the marketing director a few days later. This 1st phone interview was basically a "get to know you" call, with lots of questions about me, my experience, etc. I was asked to come into the office for a face-to-face, which I did the following week. Was interviewed by the marketing director and a marketing manager at the same time. Some discussion of my background & qualifications. Some discussion of the company & its goals. I was then introduced to the rest of the team at the time, and then it was done. A few days later, I had a phone interview with the co-owner of the company, who was out of town at the time of my in-person interview. He basically asked questions about me, my experience, my interests related to the job, and what I could bring to the company. So there were - in essence - 4 interviews total. I was offered the job the following day.

I sent my cover letter and resume and ha an immediate reply for a phone interview. Communication within the company was awkward because I ended up having three people contact me and I didn't know who each was. I ended up doing a very long conversational interview a few weeks later. I really liked it but turns out they had already sorted their hire and they said they would let me know a month later. In the meantime I was told to complete a certification and let them know when I had. I never received any responses which I thought was a bit off putting but I know they have no obligation.
