Recruiter screening call, plus onsite interview. I felt like an inconvenience to the interviewing team. Sounds like the time I had scheduled for the interview didn't align with the needs of the interviewing team. Had I known that prior, I would have re-arranged a different time. Communication seems to be lacking.
