There was no process. Was told I was out of the salary range, but was going to be escalated because I was a great candidate. Went on a series of interviews. Weeks in between with no feedback. After following up again and again, I did the final round at the company HQ. Was promised feedback within 4 days after the other two final interviews. A week after that, nothing. I followed up again only to find out there was not an offer. Saw the job posted anew a week later, so they hired no one ! Not surprised when a recruiter called about the same job a week after that, because I matched it perfectly. A decent company that wants to change, but has to start actually doing it.
