The first stage of the process is a phone interview with one of our recruiters or another member of the hiring team. Depending on the role, we typically conduct 1-2 phone screens followed by an on-site interview. The full interview cycle can run anywhere from a few weeks to a few months depending on the role, but we aim for weeks whenever possible. I apologize that the process ran longer than you expected.
