One of the oddest interviews I have ever had. It was strictly a behavioral interview with the questions read from a script. I felt as though this was her first every time conducting an interview. Even if they would have offered me the role I would have declined.

I asked what her Management style was and she replied "Lazy" definitely not a leader I would want to work for.
