Recruiter from company approached me first with a position unrelevant to me. Did some research on the company, found out they have position relevant to me. Asked the recruiter about it, we scheduled a phone call. Recruiter came unprepared, didn't even read my CV before the call. Didn't take the process further.

The first time I applied online. HR contacted me and scheduled 30 min skype interview. Despite ad saying the job is about C++, the interviewer was asking the only C questions (implement functions that are already in C standard lib). It seems I did not do so good job because a week later I was contacted by HR and they thank me for the interview. Maybe that was for good as I searched something in modern C++, not so raw C. Second time someone from Vewd approached me using social platform. The person was very keen to schedule an interview with me. I confirmed C++ is the crucial technology in this job. Lady called, talked a little bit about my experience and then started asking if I know Node.js (they obviously had my profile and also resume without indication of any Node.js experience in the past). After 10 minutes of conversation, she told me she has to ask the manager if they want to continue and she communicated negative decision a day later - the quickest interview I ever had. It is even weirder as they contacted me...
