I was contacted for an initial phone screen by a recruiter. After that, I was recommended for a technical phone screen with an engineer. After passing that, I was brought in for an on-site interview. The interview lasted all day. I was taken to 5 or 6 different people, and they all asked me about a different area of expertise.
