Phone Screen by HR, another Phone Screen by Peer in a different group, Panel Interview with 1 Hr detailed presentation on background, and 3 Case Studies for Supply Chain. 7 People in Panel interview. I was notified the next day that I was moving to the next step to have a Background check done. Then I was not contacted back. The only feedback, after e-mailing was that I 'should' be getting feedback from the HR person in a few weeks. Then a few weeks went by and I was not contacted at all. Then I received a form letter type e-mail that they are still interviewing but I that I was not selected. I e-mailed back for feedback with no response. I am ok with not being selected. However, I must say it seems something is wrong inside the company. It is quite possibly the worst hiring experience I have had. If you were to strive for the worst HR performance, you have it here. The company touts there laid back attitude and facility, but if you do not have integrity, the 1st round draft picks will go elsewhere. I would stay away from this company personally.

The interviews are scheduled within one full day, they schedule you to meet with the key managers for this role as well as co-workers. 20 min break between the interviews. The people are very friendly but also hold up high standard for the selected interviewees. You must really know your field
