I applied on their website and got a email a few weeks later, I had a informal phone interview with a follow up interview in Tempe with 4 different people schedule for 4 hours
The process was smooth and well coordinated. I spoke to multiple engineers and project leaders on the team. The process spanned several days but they happily worked around my schedule.

Relaxed and personable it was an easy interview and I was offered a position within a few weeks of the interview. It was a bit slow but I was happy to accept it.

Walk around the place and enjoy a free cup of coffee. Five interviews in the day, each an hour long, pretty standard stuff. One of the hours was non-technical, but the rest were.
