Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 4 mesi. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Viatris (Galway) nel mese di dic 2024

Only one phone call with recruiter and one with the hiring manager. On phone call with the recruiter, she mentioned there was another role that I may be suitable for and gave me the salary ranges for both. After interviewing with both, I was offered the more senior job but in the lower salary bracket of the more junior position.

Roles until date, Relative experience, nothing out of the ordinary.
The interview process was brief under 1 hour. I had one interview and it was a video call. Questions were standard. Talk though CV etc and competency based. Chance to ask questions at the end.
