She quickly moved me to the next step to continue a conversation with another more senior recruiter who was based remotely. The second recruiter seemed oblivious, and it almost felt like she was detached from the company, interview process, the level for the role, compensation structure, and even the headcount goals etc. etc. etc. Although she came prepared with questions for the interview, it was almost as if she was too busy taking notes rather than engaging in a real conversation and listening. I had to repeat myself to give her the data she needed. And when I asked questions, she would turn the question back to me rather than answering them. When I asked how the bonus structure worked, she asked about my comp expectations. Never answered the question.
