The interview process began with a phone screen from an HR recruiter, then a group interview from my future coworkers and boss.
The phone screen was as expected and the group interview was more about technical experience.

I received an email from a recruiter with Vibrent and set up an introductory/screener call with him. The call went really well and the recruiter said that I would be moving forward with the interview process. He sent me a link to submit my availability for the next week so he could get the next interview scheduled.
About a week later, I hadn’t heard anything and sent the recruiter a quick email to check in and offer more availability. I received an automated email that said the recruiter no longer works at the company with a HR point of contact to reach out to. According to the automated email, that point of contact was forwarded my original email to the recruiter. I also sent them another email explaining the situation. I never heard back from anyone at the company.
About a six weeks later, I got a stock rejection email indicating I wasn’t selected for the position.

It took a month from the time I applied to get to the initial phone screen. The recruiter had to change the meeting time, which was no big deal, then ended up calling me 40 minutes earlier than scheduled so that he could get to a scheduled doctor appointment.
He then proceeded to rush through the questions as quickly as possible and didn't allow me to ask him any questions. Seemed as though he was already uninterested before we even started. He also asked me to email him several portfolio samples.
A week later, I received a canned rejection email from a generic company address. Would have preferred he not waste my time since it seemed his decision was made before even talking to me.
