I was asked a few personal questions so the hiring manager could get to me a little bit. I was given a personality test and the manager explained the results to me. The engineering manager gave me a few scenarios and asked me what I would do in those scenarios. I was asked why I wanted to be an engineer. I was asked what caracteristics made me good at my job. I was given a short tour of the facility.
