I had an initial call with their recruiter based in Belgium. I was asked some invasive and bizarre questions which I am quite sure would not have been asked to me if I was a man, such as: 'How will you move your children schools if you took this job?'. After this call I completed some long psychometric tests and the next day received a message via Linkedin just to say 'Unfortunately, we will not be moving forward with your application, but we appreciate your time and interest in Victaulic.' So not even a proper email and/or feedback about the interview or tests from the recruiter who I spoke with.
