Walked in randomly one day, asked if they were hiring and was given an interview about an hour later. It was a group interview of about 8 people. We were asked about 2 questions since it was a big group. Lasted about 20-30 minutes and the manager said she would call us to schedule a second interview. But she called and I was hired the next day without a second interview.

They were super easy questions for that interview. The "tougher" interview was the one for my sales specialist promotion but my manager is super nice and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

Was a group interview. Be prepared and dress nicely. Each person took turns answering interview questions around the table. I worked there for 5 years and quit around 2017. Things may have changed since then with their interview process.

The manager was very knowledgeable and friendly. I showed up 10 minutes early and she was already prepared to take me back. She gave me a timeline of the hiring process so I wasn't waiting around for an answer.

Collaborative group interview. It’s important to make yourself stand out as you’re not interviewing on your own. On boarding (if hired) is also done as a group. I was hired on the spot during a last minute one on one interview but have never seen anyone else get hired that way.
Ensure that you’re confident and ready to sell. Numbers are important ... almost too important.
Great social atmosphere but important to not get too lost in that world.
