I applied in person through an application, and was called for an interview within a couple weeks. The interview was a group process, we were brought into the back room with about 8 other interviewees, and a question was asked, then we went around the table and answered individually. We were asked what position we would like to apply for (bra specialist, beauty associate, PINK associate, and cash wrap were the main categories) and several other basic questions. I believe one of the questions was why would you like to apply to the category that you choose. I recall the questions being very basic, and did not require much research on the company (although research would definitely be helpful)

I walked into the Victoria's secret store and asked to speak to a manager. After an in store interview she questioned why I applied to work in bras? She skimmed my resume and told me she sees me working in beauty, so she transferred me to a Beauty manager. She was extremely sweet. I spoke to a beauty supervisor who transferred me to the beauty manager. I showed this manager my makeup portfolio, and after another short interview she told me she will put me in for a group interview and I should expect a call confirming it and I received it! After about 3 days I got the call and attended the interview. When I went to the interview they had us sit among other potential hires but we all were called in one by one. The interviewer was a bit stern and asked 3 questions. The first asked why I wanted to work here, the second how would your friends/previous co workers describe you?, and the last question referred to employee problems in the work place and how did you handled them. Afterwards there was a bit of a review on my application. She had discussed a bit of aspects regarding the job then hired me on the spot. The next phase was waiting for a phone call to start training.
