I got interviewed as soon as I asked for an application. It took less than 20 minutes and the hiring manager told me right away that she wanted me to be on the team but had to check my references first. The process took less than a week. The hiring manager initially asked if i would want to be on the sales team or shipment and I told her shipment but was hired for sales. I switched to shipment about 4 months later. She was extremely friendly and the interview wasn't intimidating at all!

Group interview. They hired after that group interview. There were about five of us there and 2 got hired. They took notes on everything we said and I really think they liked enthusiasm
