the interview process isnt bad at all, it is spaced out over a few months. I felt like the questions were great and related to the job alot. they have different steps each year but mine was 3 steps
Pretty easy, only a couple of questions on zoom, interviewer is a past rep, difficulty varies based on what school you attend. Come prepared with questions and ideas for the year

Met with a current campus representative. Super chill, laid back, and conversational. She was very understanding and we just talked about my previous experiences and what events I had in mind to create this year.
