Group interview- very easy and basic questions. Discuss your experience with customers directly and you will do fine. Tao about inspiring them to buy as well give detailed example is you really want to do well.
They ask about strengths and weaknesses and also sometimes ask about how you would handle theft... Perhaps maybe if you saw someone taking something they didn't put down, how would you handle that?

The interview process was friendly and professional. They are looking for bubbly energetic personalities to bring to their team. My advice would be to look presentable and bring your fun self to the interview. Retail is all about making someone feel seen and heard and making a friend
