group assessment, they give knowledge of the company then split you into smaller groups of 6-8 where you are asked introduce yourself and give an interested fact. they ask usual retail questions. After the small group questions and answers they did a one to one interview with you, where they tell you whether or not you have been offered a job, then ask your availability of hours and other small details.
