I submitted a resume to the store in person. Two weeks later, I received a call for a group interview. Two days later, I went on the group interview. The interviewer asked standard questions about theoretical customer service and I think whoever could be confident enough to speak with a decent answer would get hired. There were questions about experience that everyone answered round-robin style. This was a very typical retail position interview. Two days after the interview, I received a call with an offer that I accepted.
