Went in to apply at a job fair on the first day. It was not too busy (since I went at the end of the day), so I actually got a chance to be interviewed one on one with the store manager rather than a group interview. The manager was pleasant which made me feel comfortable. Overall, the interview went very well. 6 days later, I received a pending reference check employment offer.

The interview process was friendly and professional. They are looking for bubbly energetic personalities to bring to their team. My advice would be to look presentable and bring your fun self to the interview. Retail is all about making someone feel seen and heard and making a friend
