I was offered a speedy interview following my application and a brief email discussing work opportunities. My interviews was with the company director herself, she was friendly, upbeat, gave me an overview of both the company and its duties. But something was off. She gave me homework to complete by Monday on a Friday, easy enough but she never bothered to get back to me. Worse she ghosted me when I tried to write her. She seems caring and deeply interested in underprivliged communities. But I think because of that she also expects you to work for low pay, for the cause (where I wanted $18 an hour) and would prefer you knew what the worst of life was like 1st hand.
