2 step process, one with the store manager and another with the DM. Wasn't very difficult but your goal would be to sell yourself in the shortest way possible. They generally will not pay you any attention to begin with so you're better off saving your breath.

Waited over an hour to be talked to by an employee that had only been there for a few months. Was unorganized and very unprofessional. Online stated no one would start out under 10 an hour, then I get told I would be starting at minimum wage. Was called and offered a second interview but declined.

Applied online, received a call for a interview a couple days later...Met with a store manager in my local area.. He asked about my sales experience, how to handle customer questions. Discussed meeting deadlines and multitasking skills, my experience with the mobile phone industry, my comfortability using and telling customers about phone. Also being able to do basic troubleshooting of devices.
