Probably one of my least favorite interviews thanks largely to the woman who interviewed me. I applied to Captricity in May and was invited to a first round interview a few weeks later. When scheduled to talk, my interviewer fails to call me and doesn't respond to my follow up email for a few hours. Her excuse? "Sorry, I lost track of time". Red Flag 1. Still, we reschedule to another day and when the time for that interview comes, she calls me 15 minutes late. Barely apologizes and proceeds to act completely disinterested in my answers. To be completely honest, I got the impression that she had made up her mind to not hire me even before we started to talk! Overall, she was quite rude and provided very terse and unhelpful responses to my own genuine questions (e.g. Me: "What's the company culture and work-life balance? Her: "It's good. We like to spend time together."). Interview was probably 30 minutes. Unsurprisingly, she never followed up. To be honest, I think I dodged a bullet, as she would have been my boss!
