Colloquio
Three 1-to-1 interviews that lasted less than half an hour each
They basically want to know how much you know of Videology or the digitial industry (but it's not hard or a big deal as they're happy to educate you on it)
They mostly care about you personality to see if you fit in with the team and also your skills to know which team you'd be suited to.
Know your CV inside out
They also give you a simple numerical test

Colloquio
(1) An individual introduction with the rest of the group.
(2) They tell you about the company and ask if you have any questions for them (very informal) (3) Break time
(4) Five rounds of interviews for 20 minutes (5 different people, I didn't not see this one coming!)

Problem solving maths questions (they watch you solve it, this was pretty overwhelming)
You are given a budget to market this product, split this budget and decided where how the 250k should be split for both branding and planning, explain your answers.
